  • Pre-processors are applied to convert the data stream into a formatted fax or email document.
  • Prodocom then distributes the documents via its National and International network of fax and email servers. Prodocom’s capacity ensures your documents are delivered immediately. As your requirements expand, additional delivery bandwidth is already available to you.
  • Delivery notification is then posted to the Prodocom Viewlog system. Viewlog is a web-based reporting and archive tool. All jobs that pass through the Prodocom message server can be viewed using this tool. Search parameters including sender information, date/time range and destination details can be custom built to include other variables that are passed to Prodocom with the document. In addition delivery reports can be sent via Email, FTP, SFTP, and Route IP.
