Voice Campaigns

Voice Campaigns are a very different way to get your message out there. In the past it was all about sending a recorded message out and that was it. Now through the PRODOCOM Campaign Manager, We Deliver text to speech and an interactive experience, allowing the recipient to choose options for further action through their keypad.

How can you use this medium to your benefit?

  • Contact Members to let them know of coming events
  • Advise Clients of overdue amounts.
  • Politcal parties and unions use it to get their message out there at election time.
  • Let your Clients know of specials and give them the option to go directly through to an operator.
  • Advise voters of matters and give them the option to lodge their vote with an operator, or via the keypad.
  • Using the text to speech option you can personalise your message for each recipient.

Easy to use

When you select your campaign type we ask you some simple questions which can make your campaign nice and simple or extremely complex. You only choose the options you want and from that point on are only prompted for information relevant to the options you have chosen. For the simplest option, simply leave the questions in their default settings.

We Deliver the Campaign Manager using the same steps for each campaign type. So if you can use it to send Emails, you can use it to send faxes, SMS messages and Voice messages.

Text to Speech

Simply type up your message, listen to it and send it. If you want you can personalise it using our substitution commands to give it that extra touch. You can even select from a number of different voices to suit your requirements.

Use WAV files

You can either upload your pre-recorded message as a WAV file or you can dial into our system, make your recoding and then play it back via the website. Once you have your WAV file loaded, add your destinations and send it.

Interactive Experience

When you set up your Voice Campaign using the PRODOCOM Campaign Manager you can set up actions to be taken based on the recipient using keys on their keypad. This could include, opting them out of future campaigns, putting them through to an operator, or voting.

Full Reporting

Full reporting on messages sent and any interaction with your recipients is recorded and reported on.
