Campaigns

Through our Campaign Manager suite of tools you can now run a rnage of campaign types from the one application. Fax, Email, SMS, Voice and Postal campaigns all being supported through this easy to use interface.

In developing the Campaign Manager the real challenge was not getting features into it, it was how to present a suite of tools that could you can easily use to do both the simplest campaign and the most complex of campaigns. The end result is a number of questions that you answer at the setup stage. All the defaults lead to the simplest campaign, so you can add the options you want at the setup stage and then only be presented with the options you need through the rest of the campaign build. Give your campaign a name, select the type of campaign you want and then answer the questions relevant to that campaign type.

Manage Replies

Whether it be Fax, Email or SMS you can set up the processes to manage the replies.

Manage Reply to Replies

If you are expecting replies, you can automate the process of replying to those replies. You can even tailor what you send back, based on what you get in.

Dynamic Content

You can set up specific content based on an entry in the online database so each variable gets differnt information in the one campaign set up. for example. You can use teh City field in the online database as the variable and then build content that is relevant to all the contacts in Sydney and another conent that is relevant to all the contacts in Melbourne. You then insert a command in your campaign to let us know where you want that content placed. So for example, you can easily create the one invitation that can be used for two separate events.

Schedule

If you have multiple messages in the one campaign, you can schedule each of them separately. You can schedule them based on specific dates, or you can base the send time on a date in your online database.

Estimate Campaign Cost

During the test stage, you can run a cost estimate on the campaign. you can enter a number fo destinations and we'll work out for you an approximate cost. It will only be an approximate cost as there are a number of variables that are only encountered during the sending process. But as most sends include a failure or two, which the estimate does not take into account, the end result of your cost estimate should be very close to what you will be invoiced for.

HTML Email Preview

If you are builing an HTML email it is important that you get to see what the end result will look like in different email clients. Beleive it or not the varience will astound you. Using the preview HTML email tool you can see what the end result will be in over 16 different email clients, before you send of course, so you can go back and edit your email if needs be.
