This greatly improved version of MergeMaster contains a whole range of new services and features that include:
Individual and Broadcast Fax capability Broadcast Email capability Individual and Broadcast SMS capability Opt-in and Opt-out lists A fully managed unsubscribe facility Preferred message type filtering Email Tracking SMS "sent from" header support Inbound SMS reply support Full Delivery Reporting back to each contact in the Act! database With the addition of MergeMaster, you will be able to extend your marketing capabilities and leverage your ACT! database by implementing more detailed marketing campaigns and customer communication.
How It Works?
MergeMaster is an add-on tool that plugs in to ACT! allowing you to conduct large communications out to your database while in ACT! MergeMaster will allow you to select the target group of contacts and what communication piece you would like to send, and then passes this info on to be processed and delivered via Prodocom’s communication network (E-mail, Fax, SMS engines). Note, there are fees for services in addition to the software:
E-mail – billed by the number of e-mails being sent Faxes – billed by the minute SMS – billed by the number of SMS messages
