Requirement - Email Newsletter Construction / Distribution and Hosted Unsubscribe Service

This global financial services company have a requirement to communicate regularly with a large number of financial advisors and to closely manage the subscriber lists to ensure complicity with privacy legislation. The email message itself is to be distributed in HTML and a shortage of internal HTML skilled resources also presented a challenge.

The Prodocom Email Campaign Manager Service provided the core of this solution. The online HTML builder enabled the client to construct and save their own HTML templates and then simply copy and edit with new content for issue. This interface also allows subscriber lists to be easily stored or uploaded for high speed distribution. Full reporting ensured the client was able to track deliverability and activity on all emails and a custom built and hosted unsubscribe facility provided for easy management of subscriber lists.
