HTML and Text Options

Prodocom are able to deliver HTML or text emails and can deliver each message in the accepted format for each recipient.

Image and Document Hosting

The Prodocom web servers are available to host your images and documents for HTML email or image and document download. If you have a large document to be delivered it is far more effective to host the document and let each recipient download it rather than try and deliver it through strict email servers.

Unsubscribe Management Service

The tightening of privacy laws ensure that managing your opted in email and unsubscribe lists is critical. The Prodocom service is designed to help you with this process.

Schedule Delivery Times

Scheduling delivery times ensures you reach your intended recipients at the times they are most receptive. Using the Prodocom Email Broadcast system you can also schedule the hours within which you want your broadcast delivered.

Reporting

Prodocom reporting options are extensive. Choose between web based and email delivery of your reports. Reports can be customised to report on the variables that are important to you so you know exactly who received your fax, when they received it and look up any of the details that were passed to Prodocom during the send process. Resubmit

Prodocom email broadcasts attempt delivery four times before the final delivery report is generated. This can be reduced to three, two or only one attempt if required. On receipt of the report a single click of the mouse enables you to resubmit failed addresses for a further round of attempts to optimise successful delivery of your email message.
